Dear Sir,

My name is Naomi Small and I am writing regarding a purchase I made at your store recently.

On Monday,September 1st, I bought an iPhone xr. When I got home I started to set the phone up. The phone turned on, I was able to put in the country I live in and my email account, but as I went to enter my password to unlock the phone the “three” button wasn’t working. I called the store and an employee answered. I explained to her the problem I was having and she told me that I can come in the next day to have the phone replaced.

I returned to the store in the morning and I told one of the employees what the issue was, and I told them that I was here to replace the phone. She replied to me very rudely and said that I can’t exchange the phone nor be refunded.I told her that the lady I spoke to yesterday on the phone said that I can come back to exchange it. She looked at me and said that I can either leave the store or buy something else. I am very disappointed in the staff at your store; she spoke to me rudely, I didn’t get my money back and I still don’t have a working phone.

I would be appreciative if I can have the phone exchanged. Thank you for your assistance.

Yours Sincerely,
