  Show the amounts in these containers in both milliliters and litres.  Every morning and evening during the week, road users and motorists battle with a snake-like line of traffic. This has become the usual situation on Barbadian roads.  Traffic congestion affects everyone. It frustrates commuters and also contributes to air and noise pollution within the environment.
