1. Kayla had 46 AntMan stickers. Her friend had twice as much.

2. In one week Carl earns $84. The second week he earns half as much. 

a. How much money did he make in the second week?

b. How much money did he make in all?







3.  Mr. John caught 120 flying fish. Mr. Smith caught twice as many

flying fish as Mr. John did.

a. How many flying fish did Mr. Smith catch?

b. How many did they catch altogether?

c. If each flying fish is sold for $7, how much money was made in all?




4. In the first week of a sale, a store sold 124 computers. The following week, they sold half as many computers.

5. Calvin paints pictures and sells them at art shows. He charges $56 for a large painting. He charges $25 for a small painting. He sold six large paintings and three small paintings. How much did he make in all?




6.  On Thursday a man sold 210 pounds of beef. On Friday he sold twice that amount.
