Dear Sir,

My name is Mikayla Browne and I am writing to inform you about a disappointing experience which I had recently at your store.

On Thursday, August 27, 2020, I bought a pair of diamond earrings from your store in Bridgetown. I paid $278.00 for them. When I took them home, I realised that the colour was quickly turning. They were looking brassy.

The following day, I returned to the store to explain that the earrings were not real diamonds and ask for a refund. The store clerk was quite rude and implied that I had probably switched them somewhere else.

As a loyal customer for the past few years, I was very disappointed with the type of treatment I received and the quality of the product which I was sold. Once again, I am asking for a complete refund. Otherwise, I see no other choice except to involve the media and I really do not want to do that.

Thank you in advance for your assistance and consideration in this matter.

Regards,

Ms. Mikayla Browne
