For many years, people have been debating the pros and cons of maintaining a vegetarian diet. There are many people who believe fruits and vegetables should make up the bulk of our diets, while others want more meat. 
Write an essay showing the advantages and disadvantages of these dietary habits. Explain which is your preference and why.
